THE ART OF SIMPLICITY AND COMFORT

Spread over four floors, the rooms and suites of the Hotel des Galeries feature exceptional views with over the King’s Gallery, the City Hall or the iconic Brussels’ rooftops. In coherence with the decor, the 23 rooms combine the history of the Galleries with a contemporary décor that is both “artsy” and warm.
Each room has a unique layout and a slightly different décor, but they all provide the utmost comfort in a space that offers a full wardrobe, bathrooms with bath and / or shower and separate, enclosed toilet. The spacious rooms feature hardwood floors, soft materials and bright-colored chairs and cushions. But it is the ceramic works of the architect Camille Flammarion which provides the singular charm to the rooms, thanks to the stunning tiles made specifically for the hotel by the Normandy-based atelier Fauvel present on the bathroom walls or on the bedside tables. Discreetly placed on the walls, original prints complement the unique ambiance of the rooms.
Atypical, the three duplex suites of the hotel are inimitable. As spacious as they are intimate, one of them enjoys a view of the statue of St. Michael at the top of the City Hall, while another is accessible by its private walkway to the ultimate love nest. The third suite, overlooking the patio, provides a calm and relaxed stay in the heart of the city.
